The staff, especially Mr. Hamdy, welcomed us with a cheerful smile and provided great help and facilitation. The location is convenient for the airport and metro station. Good amenities including Biggles Bar and a wonderful pool.

Lovely large room, clean, comfy, and superb. The reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was great, close to the airport and easy to navigate to nearby outlets. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
My experience at this hotel during my xmas was marred by a few negative aspects. One of the worst experiences was the incident with my elderly grandmother and mother.
