Convenient location for early flights with free shuttle every 20 minutes. Spacious and clean rooms with cooperative staff. Variety of popular restaurants and relaxing sitting areas available. Basic but functional rooms suitable for budget travel. CCTV security monitored at hotel entrance.

The staff, especially Mr. Hamdy, welcomed us with a cheerful smile and provided great help and facilitation. The location is convenient for the airport and metro station. Good amenities including Biggles Bar and a wonderful pool.

Lovely large room, clean, comfy, and superb. The reception and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was great, close to the airport and easy to navigate to nearby outlets. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
My experience at this hotel during my xmas was marred by a few negative aspects. One of the worst experiences was the incident with my elderly grandmother and mother.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with easy access to GGICO Metro Station and nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with good in-room facilities. The housekeeping staff do a good job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy.
The reception staff could be more welcoming and approachable, and could benefit from more customer service training.
